Al Darhim Meat & Poultry was established in 2001 and is one of the well-integrated meat & poultry processing projects in the UAE. Since its inception, Al Darhim has achieved leadership in most poultry product categories it has entered, gaining a strong reputation for uncompromised quality, stringent manufacturing standards, and adherence to international specifications. Al Darhim is accredited and certified by the highly recognized international body, TUV, and complies with HACCP standards for food quality and hygiene.
The 2000-square-meter processing facility is situated in Industrial Area 15, Sharjah. This state-of-the-art plant produces high-quality fresh and frozen poultry products. Al Darhim's range includes chilled chicken breasts, whole chickens, boneless chicken, drumsticks, and wings – delicacies catering to a broad section of society along with premium mutton cuts.

Processing Plant
The HACCP-certified processing plant at Al Darhim Meat & Poultry employs best-in-class technology and equipment. It is among the most modern and technologically advanced units in the UAE and GCC, with an operational capacity to process 5,000 kg per day. Our state-of-the-art processing plant is well-prepared to meet the growing demand of our institutional partners. With a current monthly production of 1,500 metric tons, It is set to launch additional processing plants to cater to the increasing demand.
Natural and Quality Products
Al Darhim Meat & Poultry’s chickens are 100% natural, bred in a closed, controlled, and hygienic environment. We produce 17 million naturally-fed and hand-slaughtered chickens annually, free from added hormones, steroids, artificial flavors, colours, chemical preservatives, synthetic ingredients, and artificial injections of water to increase weight.
Our efforts ensure you receive the most natural product, making Al Darhim your 100% natural and tasty choice. Our products require little grilling time, are soft in texture, and taste better. They do not shrink or have any wastage. They are carefully vacuum-packed in 3KG bags, 1KG bags, and 500GM tray packs, with a shelf life of 5 days.
